How awesome! Evan Dahm, creator of the incredible Rice Boy wrote this on his blog: “Something that is completely different is Bear Quest, which is a story of a one-eyed blue bear’s Quest to eat everything, I guess, and which is told on two parallel tracks by drawings and by screenshots from some old sidescrolling game that I assume never actually existed. It is very very strange.”
Turtles Redux Mondays!
This one takes a bit of explaining. I remade the first comic I ever read. It’s this comic from when Archie did a Turtles book based on the then Turtles cartoon, circa 1989.
I went crazy with my own rendition, created as a 24 hour comic. Meaning all the art (except this cover here) was done in a 24 hour period. Then I went back and rearranged some stuff and slapped color on it. Here’s the cover:
