I'm Zach Taylor, and I'm now in full color. I used to only be in black & white, or at least shades of brown. What prompted this change? It's not lack of humility, because even though I am in color, some people find my specific colors weird or avante-garde. The real reason is that I've been given my colors by a future self who talks to me from my mirror. I hope that makes sense.

Some facts: I'm twenty seven and live in Austin. I went to SVA for illustration and work as a storyboard and concept artist when I can find gigs that pay me. Though I am currently a full-time security goon; I drive around in a truck at night and observe crime in its natural habitat. I hate most everything, but have a penchant for karaoke, the films of Terry Gilliam, and nocturnal breakfasts.

I've been making mini-comics under Gnourg Press since 2003, four minis so far. I even made an 80 page graphic novel that will never see the light of day. But I'm finally ramping up to something big that I believe plays to my strengths as an artist. It will be cool I promise.
