These guys were a concept for Torture Squid. Dudes who worship fungus you know, but I went too D&D with it. I still like ‘em though.

Was looking through some old files, and found the fan art I did for Jeff Vandermeer’s City of Saints & Madmen. It’s a King Squid, I think maybe the first squid I ever drew. I still rather like it, sort of a forerunner to working on The Torture Squid.
